Alicia graduated from Franklin Pierce Law School, now UNH Law, in 1997. While attending law school, she was a law clerk for the Department of Justice in D.C, Federal Court First Circuit in Concord NH; and conducted real estate title exams. Post admittance to the bar, she worked at Segal, Edelstein, Bussone & Fallon with a concentration in high volume real estate closings. Later, Alicia became a partner in the residential division of Cushing & Dolan, P.C. At Cushing and Dolan, P.C., Alicia expanded the Wilmington division from 40 residential closings to 300 plus per month building long standing recognition among lenders and clients for prompt service and title clearing matters.
Kim graduated from Quinnipiac College School of Law in 1998 with a class rank in the top 14%. While attending law school, she was awarded excellence in clinical work service and academic scholarship. Post admittance to the Bar, she worked for Flood Professional Association representing Family, Landlord, Tenants and Condominium Law. Later Kim became a Partner in the residential division of Cushing and Dolan, P.C. and was responsible for the funding and coordination of 300 plus residential transactions per month.
